Andrew V. Buchsbaum
Andrew V. Buchsbaum has been a member of the New York and New Jersey Bars since 1986. He is admitted to practice before all State Courts in New York and New Jersey, as well as the United States District Courts for the Southern, Eastern, Western and Northern Districts of New York, the District of New Jersey, and the United States Courts of Appeals for the First, Second and Fourth Circuits. Mr. Buchsbaum received a B.S., magna cum laude, in 1982 from Duke University, and a J.D., cum laude, in 1985 from Tulane University School of Law. He was Editor-in-Chief of The Maritime Lawyer (now the Tulane Maritime Law Journal). He is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the New Jersey State Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the American Association for Justice, the New York State Trial Lawyers Association and the Association of Trial Lawyers of New Jersey. He also has significant experience with employment agreements, corporate representation and litigation. Mr. Buchsbaum has a Martindale-Hubbell rating of AV.
